Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, hygiene seals, and branded boxes are included and intact.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest Australia Post location or designated courier point.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our Sydney studio receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
